- Just Login to your cPanel, click on phpMyAdmin under databases.
- Then select your Wordpress database which you mentioned for your site. For example: Username_wrdp1.
- Locate to wp_users table, click on Browse.
- Then find for your Username and click Edit to change.
- Reset the password by inserting a new value into the filed user_pass. Keep in mind, it is case-sensitive.
- After finishing, click the dropdown menu under Function, and then choose MD5 from the menu.
- Finally in the bottom of the page, click the Go button.
Now your lost admin password has been changed and retrieved newly.
